Every part of me is crying out for this. “I’m ready. I need you.”

Desire heats his gaze, and his jaw clenches. “I need you, too.”

Then Gavril’s hands come to my hips and I lower myself down slowly, taking him inside me. Inch by inch, stretching around him; a slight sting of pain, followed by intense pleasure.

It takes a moment to adjust, but once I do, it’s the most incredible feeling. With Gavril deep inside me, I’m complete.

And when we start moving; Gavril lifting me and pulling me down to him, sinking deep with every plunge, it’s ecstasy. My body is a riot of sensations. The drag of his silken heat inside me, even thicker than before. His hands on my hips, nearly wrapping around my waist, his touch searing into my skin. This incredible pressure in my belly, demanding something I can’t put words to.

As we come together harder and faster, it’s almost frenzied; my fingernails are digging into Gavril’s arms and there are sounds coming out of me I would have never imagined making.

And when I look at him…

“Chiara.” Gavril’s gaze burns into mine. “You’re so damn perfect, you take my breath away.”

Oh.

I love him.

My heart explodes with joy.

And this feeling. Something coiling inside me, building in intensity. A flame igniting into an inferno; a tremendous energy rushing through me.

“I want—” Gavril stops, then starts again. “Can I—”

“Anything.”

In a blink, Gavril flips us, so he’s on top of me. Then he tilts my hips, angling them so he can plunge even deeper. With one hand he finds my sensitive bud, rubbing and stroking. I’m whimpering, moaning, “Gav, oh please,” over and over, completely focused on the fire building inside me.

And then. In one last collision, I explode.

It’s so much. A volcano erupting. A supernova. An entire universe coming to life.

Gavril plunges deep again, and with a guttural cry, he comes along with me. Pulsing hot inside me, filling me.

His arms come around me protectively.

In the aftermath, I’m expecting the fiery energy to subside. But it doesn’t. Instead, it keeps going. Getting bigger. Hotter. More powerful.

It’s like how I feel when I take light inside me, except a thousand times more than that.

A sliver of fear, needle-sharp, stabs into my chest. What is this?

“Gav?” My voice wavers. “Something is…”

But his eyes are glowing.

“Gorgeous.” He kisses me. “It’s okay.”

“But. I feel—”

Oh. OH.

In a flash of clarity, it all makes sense. It’s not just my energy, but Gavril’s, as well.

“I didn’t,” I whisper, my heart stuttering. “I didn’t, Gav. I didn’t take it from you. I swear. I don’t—”

“I know.” His expression is calm, the exact opposite of how I’m feeling. “I feel it too. It’s in both of us.”
