“Hey, I’ll be sure to wear baggy pants. I may need to buy you bookoos of flowers sometime,” he teased. “You know what I mean. What about you?”

“I’d want to be incredibly lucky. Have everything work out for the best result and go my way.”

“Hmm. That doesn’t seem like it would be useful on the surface but that could actually be very useful when it comes down to it.”

“I know, right? If you had to pick a song to represent your life, what would you choose?”

“Damn, that’s a deep question.”

“It is. First thoughts?”

“Right now, my first thought is ‘Fuck Her Gently’ by Tenacious D.”

Polly laughed. “You’re bad.”

“What, you asked. It’s not my fault you’re on my mind.” Flynn laughed. “What’s your pick?”

“Mine is ‘High Hopes’ by Panic! At The Disco. It’s about always shooting for the best and working toward what you want.”

“Nice choice. What do I have to do to work toward you moving in with me?”

“Flynn!”

He laughed. “Sorry.”

Polly and Flynn talked for hours about anything and everything. She successfully distracted him until they both fell asleep with the call still connected.
