He tugs Liam into an alcove, so they’re hidden by racks of magazines and leans up to kiss him. Oh how he’d missed Liam’s kisses. Liam freezes just a little, enough to make him think he’s made a mistake, but then Liam melts, cupping his jaw tenderly. It could be their last kiss for months, so Aiden savors every last second of it. He brushes one final kiss to Liam’s jaw before pulling away, putting a foot of space between them.

“I’ll see you the next time you’re in New York.”

“Yes,” Liam agrees, starry eyed and swaying on his feet. “Until then.”

“Until then,” Aiden echoes.
