CHAPTER 1

JUDE

The guy cleaning our gutters has a big dick. A fat one that is waving at me from under his athletic shorts like the pendulum of a grandfather clock. I swallow and try to focus on the TV show before me, but my gaze is stuck on it.

Tick tock. Give me cock.

I mean, I’m not gay, but I do like dick. I have one of my own, and I enjoy it very much. Might be my favorite thing of all time. A nice little gift from above.

And yeah, okay, I also like to suck cock. But it’s nothing more than meditative—a way for me to find my Zen.

But I’m not into guys. Not at all.

I’m straight as a board.

“What are you looking at?” my friend and roommate, Ollie, asks as he plops down next to me on the couch. His dark hair is pulled back into a small ponytail and his dark eyelashes almost touch his eyebrows. He’s so close he’s almost on top of me. I can smell his floral shampoo wafting off of him like he just rolledaround in a field of wildflowers. If anyone was a princess in a past life, it was this guy. I’ve never met anyone like him.

“Just looking at the guy cleaning our gutters. I’ve never seen him before. Who is he anyways?”

Ollie leans forward and waggles his eyebrows. “Oh, him. He’s our new landlord. I met him last week when I was picking apples. He has a nice body, right? Look at that dick. It’s like a donkey’s.”

“Who has a nice body? What donkey dick?” Lucas, our other roommate asks as he meanders into the room wearing only a pair of boxers and one shoe. It’s not that unusual for him to wander around half-naked, but he usually does it in the middle of the night, and he normally has on two shoes. His hair and beard are both unkempt, and for a moment, I wonder when the last time it was that he showered.

Probably been a few days. I’m pretty sure I see sawdust on his skin.

“Where is your other shoe?” I ask him, confused, my mind momentarily straying from the big dick smooshed against the living room window.

“Dunno. Can’t find it. Have you seen it?”

I stare at my friend and shake my head.

“Have you checked the fridge?” Ollie asks, and Lucas runs a hand through his shabby beard.

“Why would my shoe be in the fridge, Ollie?”

He looks perplexed, and Ollie just shrugs his shoulders.

“Dunno. Figured it’s the one place you haven’t looked. One time, I found my laptop in there.”

I let out a laugh and run my hand over my red hair. I didn’t bother to style it today so it sits in a wild clump on my head. I catch my reflection in the television screen—my lean body, blue eyes, and freckled skin. I’m a ginger through and through. Myentire family is like this—well, at least my sister is. Just pale and speckled and red.

My focus moves to the window once more, and I’m sad to say that the dick is gone. It did leave an imprint on the windowpane though. A nice big outline.

Which reminds me…

I haven’t sucked a cock in ages. I should probably go out tonight and get my weekly fix. If I go too long without, I start thinking about other things. Like my sister, Hayden, or my job at the sandwich shop. How I haven’t put my degree in liberal studies to use. How I have massive college debt. How I don’t even really know who I am or what I want in life…nah, it’s better to pretend none of that shit exists. And the best way for me to do that is with a cock in my mouth.

A big one.

“Want to go out tonight?” I ask Ollie, who is still lingering against me. I don’t bother asking Lucas. He’d rather hibernate in his garage and whittle his wood. And not in a sexy way. More of a lumberjack way…which would be sexy if it wasn’t Lucas.

Anyone but Lucas, for fuck’s sake.

“Where to?” Ollie asks, leaning into me further and fiddling with the sleeve of my shirt.

I swat his hand away, but he just comes right back for more. He’s the cuddliest little fucker. Like I said, in another life, he was a Disney princess. One time, I caught him singing to birds in the backyard. One even landed on his arm, and he beamed like the goddamn sun.

“I’m thinking the usual one.”
